Ingredients:
On medium heat melt sugar down, continuously stirring until it is brown and clump-free. Add in butter and continue stirring
While Butter and Sugar are browning, lightly toast pecans on your stove low heat (Skip this step if you aren’t adding pecans)

Slowly add in heavy cream (it will bubble and steam) and stir until the mixture is completely mixed together.

Remove from heat and add vanilla paste, a dash of salt, pecans, and Select Club Whisky Sea Salted Caramel Whisky Liqueur.

Set Caramel sauce aside to cool, once cooled pour into a glass air tight jar and store in the refrigerator.
