Whenever I would hear the words High-Value Woman, I generally would think that it had something to do with treating yourself to nice things. But it is much deeper than that.

- Regular Exercise
This is a new habit for me. Iβve been going to barre classes 3-5 times a week, and this combined with habit three, has been my best new habit yet! The hardest part isnβt working out, itβs just getting up.
- Healthy Eating
Nourish your body with wholesome foods, eat to fuel your body, not your cravings. Recently, a few friends have told, me they like my tan. But I don’t have one, I’ve been eating clean and drinking a gallon a day!
- Have a Recreational Hobby
Do you have something that you do that is an instant distraction from the world? Something you don’t have to think about. A hobby that you do for fun? I love anything art, I recently started practicing calligraphy and it makes me feel fancy!
- IMPORTANT! Treating yourself the way you want to be treated
Get in the habit of doing something nice for yourself. I buy myself fresh flowers weekly from my local Trader Joeβs and Whole Foods. Although it is a small gesture, it makes me feel good.

Learn new skills or deepen existing ones. Always be a student, seeking to learn more is a valuable trait.
